I have an employee that is now being paid as a full time employee on a flat rate. What is the best way to calculate the leave accruals? Is it by selecting holidays equal 150hrs per year?
This is an excellent way of accruing leave for a full time employee. Where it can come unstuck is if you take on a part-time person that works for less than the 37.5 hours/week that this is setup for. You then need to have two lots of accruals and leave payments.
