I am trying to set up the company's banking details in order to pay employees electronically.
The Banking tab is opaque and I cannot select it.

Inside the Account List, only two types of accounts have access to the Banking tab. These are the Account Types “Bank” and “Credit Card” for Assets and Liabilities respectively. If the account you are creating has any other Account Type selected, then the Banking tab will grey out by default.
