Emailing payslips

My pay slip emails are being rejected by the recipient.  The recipient email address has not changed. I send to the same recipient on a weekly basis for 2 separate employees.

Hi @mickaaa

 

There can be a number of reasons why the recipient rejects the email, including the email provider has blocked the email for any number of reasons.

 

I would start by advising the recipient to make sure that the email that you are sending the emails from has not been blocked and is whitelisted. If the email is being sent using one of our online services, such as AccountRight or MYOB Essentials, then the emails will be coming from @apps.myob.com.

Thanks Neil, the emails are coming from accounts@ and being forward to me@ for payments.  I'm using MYOB AccountRight 2017.2.0

Hi @mickaaa

 

If you know the email address that the emails are coming from, I would be making sure that particular email address has been whitelisted on the recipients email program to ensure that the emails aren’t being blocked at their end.
