Speaking with the Pay Super team it does look like we are not showing as having an Pay Super Administrator for your account. As such we would need for a Pay Super Change of Details form to be completed in order to add that user. The Pay Super Change of Details form can be access via Help Article: Changing your Pay Super Detials. I've also attached a copy of the current form to this post for yourself.
