Pay Super Authorisation - SMS Code Not Received

Hi

 

Just wondering if there is an issue in sending the Authorisation code via sms to Amaysim (Optus Network) mobile numbers?  I have been trying to authorise late super payments but am not getting the SMS.  Anyone else having this problem?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a valuable resource. 

 

We are not aware of any service disruptions on our end that would affect the authorisation code being issued yesterday, do you still experience the issue now? You probably have already done this, please do keep the authorisation screen open when waiting for the code to arrive, in some rare cases, it can take up to 20 minutes to arrive. 

 

If it didn't, please do contact our Pay Super transactional service team via 1300 555 931 during business hours AEDT, who will be able to provide a manual code.
