Pay Super Authorisation codes not being received

Hi all,

 

We’re aware that some customers aren’t receiving SMS authorisation codes for Pay Super and this is preventing processing of superannuation payments. We’re looking into the issue now and hope to have it resolved soon.

 

I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. We will update this thread when we have more information.
