Previous year entries for payroll

We have started a new business in May 2017.  As I didn't have the full version of Accountright at that stage, I was doing wages as a manual entry through Spend Money.  When I upgraded to AR in this current FY it loaded the current year's tax tables.  I need to issue a payment summary to our 2 employees but it won't let me enter any payroll info for last year.  How do I get the payroll information in so that I can finalise the year, issue Payment Summaries and supply weekly payslips?

Basically you can't do it once you have rolled the payroll year. I would finish FY2017 with Spend money transactions and use the figures from these to entries to create hand written payment summaries. The forms are available here:
