Superannuation Authorisation Code SMS

We also have requested an authorisation code to be SMS'd for our quarterly superannuation payment. We have now requested this code twice today with no success.


We have called support line and been on hold for an excess of one hour with no option of a return call. After reading your community forum this is clearly a common malfunction.


As our accounts manager works part time this need to be rectified immediately to ensure our super payments can be made on time.

As mentioned on Super Portal Authorisations codes not being received we are aware that some clients are not receiving their SMS codes and thus unable to process superannuation. This is something that we are looking into and resolve as soon as possible.
