Invalid Date error

I keep getting an error -10 invalid date on my import.

I have tried to identify any issues but it looks ok to me.

I have checked Retail manager and the info is correct in there.

Not sure if there is an error with the txt file?

I have attached so you can check it and let me know

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great resource.

 

The most common cause of an invalid date error is that the RetailManager file sits on a different computer to the AccountRight file, and the two different computers have different date format settings. This includes if your AccountRight file is stored on the cloud.

 

The best way to stop that error occurring is to have both the RetailManager and AccountRight files local on the one machine, so they will both pick up the same regional and date format settings on the one machine. For online AccountRight files, this will mean that you have to check the file out by going to File >> Check Out.

Thanks, I will try checking out the file and see if that solves the issue.

The accountright file is stored online but RM is on LAN.

@Neil_M that worked, once the file was offline it worked no worries.

Was strange that some items processed and some didn't though.
