Unable to activate company file

I am currently using Accountright 2014.2 and tried to open company file today and is asking me to activate company file. Which I did when I first set it up. But unable to do it online. 

 

I only access this company file every month to do books for nonprofit organization

I have made a change to your account which should allow that confirmation of the active company file on your serial number to occur. 

Do let us know how you get on. If you do require further assistance can you indicate if the prompt is asking you to confirm or active the company file.
