Activity Statements Online

I've been trying to complete my latest activity/BAS Statement using the new online method. I followed the instructions and authorised MYOB with the tax department website. As far as they are concerned everything is working fine. But I can't get past the screen below. Any ideas?Capture.JPG

I have exactly the same problem. I lodged March Qtr Bas online through this process. I can see it worked perfectly at the ATO end. But now when i try to get back to view at myob's end i get the same screen as you. This happened immediately after i lodged, and i thought possibly waiting a few days would help. It didn't. Looks like something MYOB need to fix.

I have the same issue and error message with the online lodgement of the BAS. I have 3 different company files, and have registered each of them through the ATO site. 1 file shows the activity statement, but the other 2 don't, even though they are all registered through the ATO Access manager with different software ID's. Any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of useful information

 

Our team are currently investigating why some clients have been getting stuck on the Nearly There step and been unable to continue.

 

Assuming that you have verified with the ATO, are you able to try going into Setup >> Company Details and input the number 2 in the ABN Branch box, before trying again? If this doesn’t work then you may want to just check with the ATO that you have the correct account and branch information recorded.

Hi Neil

 

Thanks for the reply. I've done as you suggested and put 2 in the ABN branch box (it was previously blank). I'm afraid I'm not sure if it's helped or not. I still have the same "Nearly there" message at the top, but I now have information below that saying that my activity statements will appear here when I have some. I'm fairly certain that wasn't there before, so maybe some progress has been made?

I tried putting the 2 in the ABN Branch. Didn't seem to make any difference.

Now when i log in i get the same error, but i can also see the link to the BAS i have lodged, and when i click on it, eventually brings up the details of the lodged BAS.

Not sure what's changed or what fixed it, but it's all working now
