Thank you Neil. It is all all sorted and yes that was one of the issues but the main issue was that the feeds were not attached to the online version.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great resource

 

One of the most common causes for that particular error message is when the email address entered in, for the Online Owner or Administrator, contains capital letters. The capital letters in the email address can make the system misread the email and think that it isn’t the email address that it actually is. Are you able to try entering that email address in ensuring that there aren’t any capital letters in the email address?

Bank feeds

I have just set up the bank feeds option but get the following message."Only authorised administrators of this Company can update bank feeds. You'll need to  contact the administrator etc I have administrator rights. I would be grateful for any help
