Exception; Code 404 Message The Company File version is not supported.
Our application is accessing multiple MYOB company files using the web API (all the company files are in the cloud so we can access them remotely)
We seem to have lost access to the MYOB AR API for a few of the company files we have connected. When we try send API requests we are getting back an exception code of 404 and message of 'The Company File version is not supported'.
What behaviour from the user side causes this? I was speculating whether it is due to the owner of the Company File upgrading the version of AccountRight, and perhaps connection to our application has to be reauthenticated every time this occurs?
