Live Directory scheduled maintenance this Saturday evening
This Saturday, at around 9pm AEST, we’ll be making an update to our OAuth service at secure.myob.com. At this time, and for a few minutes after, you may not be able to connect to secure.myob.com. We’re expecting the downtime to be short and minimal.
What is the impact?
During this time, you may be unable to connect to secure.myob.com to issue or refresh your access tokens. If you are unable to connect, simply retry the API call a few minutes later.
What do I need to do?
Ideally, nothing. If you’re unable to connect, simply retry your login or API call a few minutes later. All tokens currently issued should continue to work with our product APIs, however clients will not be able to log in and issue new tokens using OAuth.
Why is this happening?
We constantly update our production environment to ensure security and uptime. Unfortunately, this particular change to our production environment means there may be a few minutes where the service is unavailable. While this is an unavoidable update, it's specifically designed to improve the reliability of our identity services in the future.
