We found we had to uninstall the 2016.2 version of accountright to get the api to run with 2016.3.
We do run the SE (server) version of accountright which runs nicer, but but this should work with either.
Once we uninstalled the 2016.2 SE then access was restored to the new files.
The requested resource is not supported for this version of the CompanyFile. No one seems to answer this question what is the fix for this when trying to query the API.
