Hi,
I have a new server running Server 2008 r2 with Office 2010 32bit installed as a terminal server.
Users will log onto this server from different sites to use MYOB. I have installed MYOB Enterprise v19.6.
When trying to export to Excel it comes up with the error: Unable to locate the necessary files to perform this Officelink function.
I have tried re-registering the files:
•c:\Enterprise19\drvxl32.exe /register
•c:\Enterprise19\drvwd32.exe /register
Still no luck. I am hoping someone will have other ideas before I have to uninstall and reinstall MYOB.
Thanks, David

Hi David,
This support note details how to correct Officelink errors.
Step 1 was to re-register the Officelink drivers as you have already tried.
Step 2 is to enable Officelink Macros
Failing these two options, step 3 asks you to uninstall/reinstall your AccountRight.
Kind Regards
Barry
