Digital signed by the client but no notification email received

Hi MYOB,

 

By using the MYOB Portal, normally, we'll receive a email to notify us that the document has been digitally approved and signed by the client.

 

However, it happened twice with different staffs that the document has been signed, and we can see the task has been updated, but no notification email has been received

 

Please advise, thanks.
