Digital signed by the client but no notification email received

Hi MYOB,

 

By using the MYOB Portal, normally, we'll receive a email to notify us that the document has been digitally approved and signed by the client.

 

However, it happened twice with different staffs that the document has been signed, and we can see the task has been updated, but no notification email has been received

 

Please advise, thanks.

We have had similar problems with the client not receiving their email notification.

I have eventually contacted the MYOB and solved the problem straightway. Please see their advices as following:

 

  • The MYOB portal could only support the pdf document, which is created by Adobe version 1.4 or above, for digital signature. Any early version could not be recognized and processed.
  • Do not upload "Secured" pdf document, it won't be processed and approved for digital signature by MYOB.

If you've still have the problem in receiving the notification, you'd better to contact MYOB for further helps.
