We have just rolled over our financial year for 16/17, back up, optomised and verified.
When we attempt to open our file we get the error message that is stated in the subject line above. We then close and try again and it works. Also if we attempt to import a file it states that another person is in the file, when this not. We then have to exit, delete the lock file and then enter again and inport the file.
I have attempted to contact myob at 4:55 pm today and was not able to speak to anyone as the message sysem only advised phone numbers for myob advance support and then hung up.
This database is critical to our business and we require an answer urgently.
