Integration between Corporate Compliance and Client details

Why does the data from corporate compliance regarding associates (ie directors and secretaries etc) not filter through to the associates and extras tab? We have to mannualluy input these which means another area to put data that may not be maintained when changes are made.

Re: Integration between Corporate Compliance and Client details

Hi @ NatalieBML

Thanks for your post.

This is pretty much due to a software limitation of the Corporate Compliance database not being able to communicate back to the AE or AO database.

We have this logged as an enhancement suggestion to be considered for a future release.

The integration to Corporate Compliance from the Associated tab and Extras tab was a more recent addition to the software over the last few years, meaning the underlying coding of Corporate Compliance was not initially designed for such integration, but rather for the database to stand alone.

Regards
