Can we restrict employee settings (within the employee group) on who can & cant add a new client within MYOB Accountants Enterprise?
We would like to limit to a small number of staff within the office.

Please refer to the following Knowledge Base article that contains information about setting up and using Task Security.
Many moons ago I had to alter this too and found that I was looking in the incorrect task permissions area for where to change the Add new client setting - MYOB support were very helpful at the time.
Make sure you are looking under the 'Central' database and not the 'Practice Manager' database is my suggestion
You would also need to have different client groups set up so depedning on your current configuration, your questions may have a simple tick the box fix or could be more complicated
