Accountants Office Practice Manager Lag

Hi,

 

For the last few days, MYOB Accountants Office has been running very slow and at times will time out accross all machines in our office. I have followed the article recommended over the phone with no results. Any assistance would be appreciatied.

Thanks for the post!

 

One of the most common causes for a sudden change in performance would be to do with AntiVirus definitions being upgraded, and these causing additional scanning of components.

 

Have you tried running AO without AV running to see if the problem goes away?  

Does it happen on every single machine in your practice? or only some?

Does it happen on the server as well?

Does your server meet our minimum system requirements?
