In MYOB Accountants Office (New Zealand) once a client has been created you can not change the Contact Type.
What you can do is create a new client with the correct Contact Type.
Please note that if you have already entered the IRD you will need to enter a "dummy' number (as you can not leave it blank) and ensure you then add the IRD to the new contact created.
