I have an Accountant client running Tax Manager in AO, and they've suddenly started getting this error, when clicking on 'Client IRD data refresh' from the Tasks menu:
Agency name: <client company name>
Error: Server returned an invalid SOAP fault. Please see InnerException for more details.
Is this problem with them, or the IRD? Where can I find this 'InnerException'? Thanks.

Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delay in responding.
the IRD were having issues which is why you would have seen a number of clients experiencing the issues with the Client IRD Refresh.
The SOAP fault is because the request for data gets sent off to the IRD, and the response sent back was not formed correctly.
The issue should now be resolved as far as we are aware. If you are still encountering the problem, let us know so we can communicate with the IRD that the issue is still occuring.
