MYOB AO Classic Warning-Accounts do not balance to zero

Hi,

 

We are using MYOB AO Classic for a client's financial report but after I entered all transactions, seemes one of the transactions not shown in trial balance under the account I code, which caused a warning message as accounts do not balance to zero.

 

I've searched same topic in community and found a solved topic, but the link in the topic as below is not working anymore.

Can anyone help to solve this problem?
