MYOB Accountant Classic office

Hi There

 

I get the following error message when starting up MYOB Accountant classic

 

"The MYOB Tax Manager is not running"

 

Please advise step by step to fix this problem

Thank you for your post on the MYOB AO Community Forum. And apologies for the late response.

 

In regards to the error you are experiencing "The MYOB Tax Manager is not running" when attempting to open MYOB AO Classic, I have noticed that you have already spoken to our Support Team to resolve this issue.

 

Just in case you experience this issue again and for other MYOB Community Forum members to see the resolution, the following Knowledge Base article provides the steps required to resolve this error:
