Our practice has 2 registrations for AO Tax and as we have upgraded our computers, we would like to add the second registration of ATO Tax to the new computer. When I rang support I was advised that data migration comes with a cost separate from the quarterly fee we already pay and our case manager would have to install it. Then we were advised that our case manager left a few months ago and a new one hasn't been appointed. We were supposed to receive a call by end of day and that was last week with no call. Can we get some help with our request?

I can see that you have called again today - and spoken with Helen. I have also send a message to your Client Manager and their manager.
If you have not heard back from your Client Manager by late tomorrow (they might be tied up in meetings etc, so might take a few hours to respond) please let us know.
I have just heard back from our Client Management team, and following your call with Helen this morning in support, the Client Management team have attempted to call you a few times already and left messages.

We rang again last week and were advised that it will take 3 weeks for someone to come and do data transfer to our new computer and that yes indeed it will cost us. We asked for a blank copy to be loaded onto our computer as we're quite happy to start from there and were told no. We were told that our concerns would be checked out and we would receive a call back. However no one has called back since or left a message and we urgently need this sorted.
