Transmitted message wont change

I've submitted a tax return for lodgement using the new PLS system.  It is showing as 'transmitted' and has been for a few weeks.  When I check with the ATO the tax return has been received and lodged okay with them but for some reason the status hasn't changed in lodgement manager.

 

How to I get this out of my list as showing as transmitted?

 

Note, i've also tried to go in manually and change to 'lodged' but it doesn't remove it from lodgement manager transmitted status.

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum - we hope you find it a great resource.

 

In order to resolve this issue, you will need to give our support team a call on 1300 555 666 - the support analyst will need access to your SQL server to resolve this.

 

Sometimes, when a lodgement happens, and the resposne is sent back to your practice, its possible that only part of the "status update" happens - that is what you are seeing here.  Our support team will be able to correct it so that it updates correctly.
