COMPLAINT

Furious about MYOB customer service if that's what you can call it.

 

Multiple times I've waited on hold for hours only to be put on hold and hung up on.

 

Contact me immediately or else we will just cancel and find software that can actually do their job and help their customers. MYOB should be ashamed of themselves.

      Hi Tracey,

       

      The issue is with STP payroll reporting and declaring/nominating employees via MYOB in order to claim JobMaker. ATO says there is an issue on MYOB's end with STP reporting as employees keep coming up as incomplete.

        Thanks for that information. So that we can work out what is causing your issue can you please send me screenshots of any errors you're getting and as much information as possible.

         

        Once I have that information I'll be happy to look into this for you.
