(MYOB AE v 5.4.47.186) Unable to Open a Clients Business Activity Statement

Hey folks,

I'm troubleshooting for a client - I'm the IT guy - yay! :smileyhappy: 

 

I think I'm missing a plugin or an update, I'm not 100% sure as this is a new cleint & their MYOB installs are a bit of a mess. After reinstalling almost everything I still can't open a BAS from the portal. (see attached)

 

Any assistance or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
