HI,

with sending statements...im having payday loans trouble with the description part of it....For example I have the description field in the statement but when I send the statement all that appears in the description field is the persons email?....how can I change it to the description that I want??

What program and version are you using, on what operating system? If you are using a USA version, you will probably do better to contact Acclivity support. (www.acclivitysoftware.com).
