I have AccountRight Plus (V19.6) and when i verify my file I get an error "Invalid Owner File Miscellaneous Text Test 21of 49.: Can any one advise what this test looks at so I can try and correct the file. It is replica watches stopping me from upgrading to the newest version.

Have you also tried optimising the file? (Optimising can fix minor errors, verify just gives a report of errors). 

If this doesn't work (and I recommend running the Optimise process at least twice), you'll need to call MYOB and arrange to send them your file for repair.
