Automatic alerts are not part of the core MYOB AccountRight program.
The function you want is somewhat like a reporting function, whereby a process checks for new transactions, prepares some information, and does something with it, at regular intervals. This is very similar to some of our existing work; we set a timer process going in our program, to check at specified intervals, gather information, convert to the format required and email it as directed.
