Error Unable to automatically confirm your company file

Hi, I have been using myob since last week, but suddenly it gives me the error above. I have checked the internet and firewall but still getting this error. There's no upgrade done on my software, and this is the first time I am getting this error. Please help. THanks. Version 2015.3.17.3339

I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to confirm your company file.

I have made a change to your account which should allow that confirmation to take place either via automatic confirmation or by going to Help>>Confirm Company File. You should be able to select to confirm online.
