Can anyone help me with the speed of MYOB today. I have checked with our IT guys its not our internet or our modem or any of the things MYOB likes to blame. I actually want to scream its that slow.
So we can investigate further can you confirm the following information:
Optus NBN is the service provider.
We are in Toowoomba Qld
The areas we were working in when I made the post were reconciliations and purchase orders. Nothing special.
Have your IT people excluded the files from the anti virus software. That can have a big impact on preformance.
Refer to this thread recommend you pass this onto your IT people to exclude if you havent already got this in place.

Our team have reviewed the speed of AccountRight Live and it does appear to be working at its normal performance now. It may take a little bit for that change to flow through to clients.

Also experiencing very slow response as to make MYOB un-usable. As you can see below it is not a network issue and turning of AV is not a suitable response (we are a computer service shop) , the same AV was running okay yesterday and the day before ..........
Workstation is a brand new Windows 10, intel i7 with 16GB RAM and 2 x 1TB HDD
