MYOB needs to restart

MYOB needs to restart

Durint the day, we keep experiencing this issue of MYOB displaying a message that we need to restart MYOB.  There are times when there is nothing in the file to displayed, e.g. Sales Register.

Has anyone have the same issue?

Thanks for your question

 

Are you able to confirm the exact wording of the error message that you are receiving? In addition, if you are receiving the message of Somethings gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close, then down in the bottom left hand corner of that message will be the words view error details.

 

Clicking on the view error details will bring up an error log, which generally we need to see to help resolve the issues that you are facing.

Yes we get that too, regularly.

Doesn't let us send error email to MYOB of the problem either, says "not configured to run this application"

Yes the message says Somethings gone wrong and Accountright needs to close.

Thanks for that error log, it was helpful in understanding the issue you were facing.

 

As this thread, "System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityAccessDeniedException: Access is denied." when using AccountRi..., does discuss the issue that you are facing based off the information in that error log you may want to have a look at that thread and implement the steps mentioned on that help article.
