Everything has been restarted a number of times.

"Internet" fully connected for everything else except MYOB

@Steve_M - you keep asking about Microsoft. Are the current outages related?

Hi @NikkiParsons

 

Checking to see if you can log into other Microsoft based online products such as Office 365 gives us a good indication of what is occurring. Office 365 is a similar based program in terms of AccountRight 2016 in the fact that it can be used locally or online, there are distinct differences between them but it is a good test to see if you can access Office 365 if you have access to it. Plus AccountRight Live company files are stored on Microsoft Azure servers.
