I can see we have a lot of tranactions in Kiwi Bank, but they are not showing in Bank Feeds. We also has another Programe feeding information to AccountRight, but the connection is not working. The softwares are fine and internet is working.
I understand based on the notes on your account that you have spoken with the phone based support team who have assisted in looking into those bank feeds for your KiwiBank accounts. Based on the notes in does look like those transactions will flow through later today, if they haven't already.
Also we did have a few clients reporting a connection error with AccountRight Live this morning. This has since been resolved itself for New Zealand and show you should be able to log in as per normal.
