can't log out of cloud or sync company file after upgrade

Hi,

I've just upgrade from AR Basic 2013.2 to AR Basics 2013.3 and now I can't log out of the cloud and work offline or sync my company file.  The error message I am getting it:

"An error has occurred while updating your offline file.

Please check your internet connection and try again."

There is nothing wrong with the internet connection.

Any ideas please?

Hi Jacqui,

 

We've made a quick change from this end that may resolve this issue (this hasn't changed your file in any way). Can you please try syncing or checking out again. If it still fails, follow the 'trouble checking out' section from this support note.
