myob premier v12

I just bought myob premier v12 from singapore to use in indonesia. Currently, my company is running the plantation business. i need to setup all the expenses and divide into different division or department  ? how can i do that from the account #?


another question , since i have the premier version now , can i also buy the exo enterprise , i think i need the job and project costing module ?



please advice.

Have a look at using job numbers, which allow you to group expenses by department, or project. If you only want to use account numbers, then you can have an extended chart of accounts, with groups of accounts for each division.


Owning Premier does not entitle you to exo Enterprise, which is a much larger program, and more expensive. See how far you can go with Premier first.
