Such an error usually means there is a corruption in your company file. I first suggest you try to Optimise the file (locally not over a network). Have a look for Optimisation Assistant under Start menu, alternatively run the file called myobpopt.exe from the MYOB folder.
Optimisation rebuilds the file and can correct some errors. If Optimisation completes successfully try opening the file again.
If this does not solve the problem, you will need to restore your most recent backup and re-enter any transactions since the backup was made. Alternatively you can get the file repaired. Think I need to send off for repair.
