unable to set up new bank feed

unable to set up a new bank feed - getting the following errors coming up

running myob essentails cant set up a new bank feed getting errors coming up have attached a snapshot of what is comining up

have another business with essentials and am not having any issues with setting up bank feeds

have tried this in window explore microsoft edge and chrome and still getting same errors

emailed myob a week or two ago about this issue incase it was something to do with the account side of this  but have not had a reply  at all

any help would be great as haver a account i need to add bank feeds for  before we start using it

I think I believe I have worked out why you have encountered that message when trying to apply for bank feeds. So we can get it sorted for you I have sent you a private message on the MYOB Community Forum.

Hi Everyone

Just thought I would post what had occur and the correction for this one.

@little_one's MYOB Essentials subscription has elapsed however but due to a clerical error access was still granted. Once the MYOB Essentials subscription was in place, bank feeds can be applied for.
