Account Right 2016.3 Error System.InvalidOperationException

Hi, I'm having an issue with one employee after the upgrade of MYOB from version 2016.2 to 2016.3,  when she trys to access one file, she gets the below error, however She can access other files. It's only this one file she gets the error. (However, if I try to access this file with my administrator login, it opens up no problems.) Other users don't seem to have the same problem. She could access it fine prior the upgrade.

Is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

Re: Account Right 2016.3 Error System.InvalidOperationException

Hi @Unified

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

Based on what you have described is going on in the fact that other users can access the file we know it is not the file. You also mentioned that the user can access other files so that doesn't sound like an environmental error. Therefore I would say it may be something to do with their user ID and setup.

What I would be doing is asking that user to log into another computer using their login. If that does generate the same error message I would be looking at re-creating their user ID (and possibly their role) via the Setup>>User Access window.

Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.

Kind Regards,
Steven
