Account Right Live Response Times

Good morning all

Is anybody else having trouble with Account Right Live this morning?

Response times are really slow when doing anything and a few times I've had the file tell me there is no data when I'm trying to run reports.

I'm having the same problem.  It's taking a minute to open the sales register :-(

Hi @RhondaMP@PowerOn@DJMX5

So we can investigate further can you confirm the following information:

  • Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
  • What area of the country are you?
  • Is there any parts in particular that are being impacted i.e. logging in?

Kind Regards,
Steven

Having the same problem,

Incredibly slow since yesterday with all areas of the program.

Even raising an invoice using recurring is taking over 30 seconds.

My isp is Telstra. Also having the same problem logging in at home on the laptop.

Re: Account Right Live Response Times

ISP is Telstra, Located in suburban Sydney. Speedtest shows no internet issues.

Areas in MYOB affected is everything. Click on Enter Purchases and watch the spinning circle for ages, similar for every sales and purchase operation I have tried. Seems mildly better now than earlier but still not normal.

An invoice process that should take 10 seconds is taking minutes......long lags at every step.

Re: Account Right Live Response Times

Hi Steven

We are in Ballarat, Victoria.

Our ISP is IINet.

It doesn't matter what I try to do, it takes forever to do anything.

I've been trying to run general ledger reports and it says "Not Responding" at the top of the page and then tells me there is no data for the date range I've selected when I know there is.

I've been doing creditor payments and it takes forever just to get the supplier card name up on the screen.  Then when I select the invoices I am paying and click "record", it comes up and says "Not Responding"

My colleage is going into supplier cards and updating address, email and telephone details on them and she is having trouble getting the cards to come up.  She is working on a different MYOB file to the one I am working on.  She's actually been timing at and one card took 30 seconds to open up whilst another took 20 seconds.

The internet and email seems to be working as per normal so I don't know that our ISP is entirely to blame.

Not sure if you did anything but we're now working fine. Was bad all morning but now seems normal.

Re: Account Right Live Response Times

Hi Everyone

Thank you for your information and sharing your experiences.

Our team have reviewed the speed of AccountRight Live and it does appear to be working at its normal performance now. It may take a little bit for that change to flow through to clients.

Do let us know if you continue to have issues
