Sorry to hear you've been having issue working online with AccountRight Live. We've discovered that there is a generalised outage affecting some internet traffic, across multiple internet providers including Optus, TPG and Telstra. This has affected some clients when working online including sync/backup/restore/check in/check out. 

 

Unfortunately this ISP issue is out of our control, hopefully it will be back to full performance soon. In the meantime, if possible, you can try checking out the file to work offline

We have been having alot of issues with optus recently. But we were ok and  online at the time...i checked my connection 

 

situation resolved today

I'm getting the same problem but I don't think its a internet issue. when I create a invoice and hit record myob locks up "not responding" but when I create a invoice and click email myob works perfectly fine.
