Expired subscription

After a trial of MYOB I have subscribed, however every time I try to open the company file it still says it has expired.Please help i need access urgently

Hi My subscription is saying it has expired after upgrading after my trial. can you please look at this./ I need to work on it urgently and cannot access.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge


I have made a change to your account which should allow for that company file to be accessed via the AccountRight. To open this file go to Open a Company File>>Online and enter in your my.MYOB account details to select and open that file. 

The change I have made should correct it going forward as well.
