FileConnect Issues with AccountEdge NE

Hi,

 

I am trying to get all my staff computers accessing the AccountEdge NE v14.5 file we have.  One of our staff gets this message:

 

You are trying to access a company file on a host using FileConnect version 19.1.3.  This version of AccountEdge NE requires FileConnect version 19.1.9.

 

She has gone through and removed all the FileConnect files (as per instructions provided) on her computer and she still gets this message. 

 

We have updated the server AccountEdge to release 19.1.7 and it still didn't help.

 

How do we get everyone on the same page & working in the file?

 

Please help.
