Invalid confirmation Code

Hi,

 

I have received an invalid confirmation code despite using both online confirmation and phone confirmation. File is locked and I desperately require the file.

 

Please help!

That’s ok we can help with this. So that we can get you the confirmation code you need to get your file confirmed, are you able to reply to the private message that I have sent you. You can access this by clicking on your Forum display picture in the top right hand corner of your screen then selecting the envelope icon that appears.
