Attempting to upgrade data file from Account Right Premier Classic. Says that our serial number is incorrect and we need to enter correct serial number. The Serial number of our file corresponds to the product code on our my.myob log in so don't understand why accountright 2016.3 is telling us that we are using an incorrect serial number?
Generally that particular message is caused by not being the AccountRight Live Owner when uploading the company file to the cloud. The AccountRight Live Owner being a user that has certain key access like uploading a file, applying for bank feeds and inviting AccountRight Live Administrators.
Taking a look at your account I can see from your account that we currently don't have an AccountRight Live Owner for yourself. As such I have sent you a private message on the MYOB Community Forum to the arrange for that AccountRight Live Owner to be added to the account so that file can be added.
