Sign-up for Superannuation

Hi,

I am trying to register to pay our super straight from MYOB.  Whenever I go to register an error message says "Whoops we have hit a snag"  with no further details.  Can you please look into this for me.

I am signing into MYOB and trying to register through the payroll page.  I dont think i am signed in twice??

When you are registering for Pay Superannuation it loads an Internet Browser window, and as such previous browser history may play a part in generating that message. I would recommend clearing your Internet Browser's cache - Refreshyourcache.com would be able to assist with that process.

How did you get on with that sign up for Pay Superannuation? Where you managed to register once the Internet Browser's cache was cleared?
