I have renewed my subscription and multiple payment have processed but myob is still saying i can only veiw my account as a read only file as my subscription has expired.
What can i do to fix this?

I have made a change to your account which will allow you access to your company file once again. This change should correct it going forward as well.

Thank you very much for your quick response! Myob is now letting me log on normally and the issue seems to be resolved.
